Olympic Solidarity Scholarships – ATPC Course
ESSKA would like to share with you information which we received Friday regarding Olympic Solidarity scholarship opportunities toward participation in the 2017 IOC Advanced Team Physician Course (ATPC) to be held in Berek, Antalya, on 27-29 November 2017. We thought it might interest some of your younger members and hope you will share it with them first thing on Monday morning so that they have the opportunity to apply if they are interested.
Suitable candidates that meet the below criteria for participation should contact their respective NOCs to seek support. Please note that NOC support is necessary for Olympic Solidarity to accept scholarship applications, and that interested candidates should contact their NOCs and not Olympic Solidarity/IOC.
Here are the criteria required from potential candidates:
- Have a good understanding of English
- Be a young/early career sports medicine physician or physiotherapist
- Be involved in Sports Medicine or in Sports Traumatology
- Be officially endorsed by her/his National Olympic Committee
Interested individuals should contact their local NOC for more information.
Kind regards,
Graham Woolwine
